HP OpenView Certified Consultant:    A certification from Hewlett-Packard that recognizes technical competency to both sell and support HP OvenView, a network management system used to monitor and manage networks consisting of equipment and software from multiple vendors. Three specializations are available:

   • Unix

   • Windows NT

   • Unix and Windows NT combined

   • HPR
